Pate, chunk and natural-style products place different demands on preparation, formulation and filling.
Begin with the intended product texture and recipe. Ingredient preparation and size reduction establish the material that later equipment must handle. A homogeneous pate and a product containing distinct pieces will not necessarily use the same filling arrangement.
Coordinate formulation, filling and closing with the selected container. Retort configuration is then developed for the agreed product and package. A complete line review must consider the interfaces between these stages.
When preparing a project brief, include ingredient types, target texture, package format and output. Equipment specifications and the production process should be confirmed for the intended recipe before a quotation is finalized.
Turn these considerations into a project brief for the Seamerco engineering team.
