Table Olive Packaging: Product and Container Choices

Whole and pitted olives have different preparation requirements, while the container shapes the filling and closing stages.
Table-olive preparation may include unloading, size grading and pitting. The chosen product format determines which of these stages is needed. It also determines how the olives enter the packaging section.
Liquid dosing and container closing must be coordinated with the finished product. Metal cans need suitable seaming equipment; glass jars need the correct cap and capping system. These container routes should be defined before finalizing the equipment list.
Prepare the enquiry around the olive size range, whole or pitted format, container dimensions and required output. Table-olive packaging should be specified separately from olive-oil extraction.
Turn these considerations into a project brief for the Seamerco engineering team.
