Overview

A fresh-tomato line receives fruit, removes dirt and unwanted material, cuts and preheats the tomatoes, separates skin and seeds, and concentrates the pulp. The evaporation stage connects raw-material throughput with the required concentration.

A packaging line can start from bulk tomato paste. Drum handling and product adjustment precede heating, filling and closing. Containers then pass through the agreed treatment, drying and packing stages.

For an integrated factory, specify both sides of the operation. For a packaging-only project, identify the bulk-paste format and its characteristics. This prevents machinery from being sized against the wrong starting point.
