A useful factory brief connects the product you want to sell with the process and infrastructure needed to make it.
Start with the finished product. Define the recipe family, raw-material condition, target container and desired daily output. Keep raw-material throughput separate from packed output so the capacity discussion is clear.
Review the available site. Space, utilities, access, drainage, storage and movement between process areas influence the factory layout. Existing buildings and equipment should be recorded before specifying new machinery.
Agree the delivery scope. Consulting, design, construction, machinery, installation and ongoing support are different work packages. A clear scope identifies who supplies each part and what must be ready before commissioning.
Prepare an enquiry with the product, capacity, pack format and location. Add the proposed layout when available, then request a coordinated engineering review.
